How we work

Stage 1: Initial Consultation

Following an initial discussion by e-mail, telephone or face2face, we will prepare a free proposal document detailing your requirements together with the fees and time scales for our services.

At this stage we may also present some additional ideas and advice that we feel could provide you with more opportunities to develop your site on the Internet. If necessary we will then refine the proposal based on any feedback you may have in order to give you a final cost and time analysis. If you are satisfied with the final proposal we will be ready to enter into an agreement.

Stage 2: Agreement

The agreement will be drafted listing all agreed points in the proposal. This will be signed by both parties. An invoice of the total amount will be raised with a request of 30-45% of the total fee (depending on project size). The payment date will be considered the project's starting date.

Stage 3: Initial Template Development

Based on the type & size of the project, an initial template will be prepared. Any preferences you have for colour, style, corporate branding, and so forth will be taken into consideration throughout the design process. The template will undergo constant refinement until it meets your satisfaction. Other components for the site will be under development.

Stage 4: Completion

Once the template has been approved by you, it will then be integrated with the site content and / or any other site components included in the project. The system will undergo thorough testing by you and / or our team. Depending on the size of the project, the remaining amount will be settled before the final launch.
